David earned his undergraduate degree in business administration, with a concentration in accounting, from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 1987 (Magna Cum Laude). He then began his career in 1987 at Price Waterhouse, where he became a certified public accountant (CPA) and earned an early promotion to audit manager in 1992. In 1994 he founded the public accounting firm that today is known as Tronconi Segarra & Associates. In 2003, he sold his interest in that firm to become the Co-President of PCB Group, Inc. (PCB), a privately-owned Buffalo based manufacturing company with worldwide employment of almost 1,000, that is a global leader in the design, manufacture and sales of piezoelectric sensors and related electronic instrumentation.

David is very active in the WNY charitable community. His most significant charitable endeavor to date is his role as the President and CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Erie County (BBBSEC), a role that he assumed in August of 2010 upon the passing of that organization’s founder and 39 year CEO, Robert F. Moss.  Prior to August of 2010, David served as volunteer Board President of BBBSEC for almost five years. He now runs the day to day operations of BBBSEC in addition to his other full-time job of being Co-President of PCB. David and his wife Shari also believe strongly in being philanthropic leaders in the community as evidenced by their inclusion in the United Way of Buffalo and Erie County’s de Tocqueville Society.

Christina is a Financial Advisor with Waterford. She works closely with clients on financial planning issues. In addition to meeting regularly with clients, Christina prepares financial plans as well as oversees the implementation of client recommendations.

Christina joined the firm in May 2007. She is a Certified Financial Planner licensee, Enrolled Agent with the IRS and earned her Bachelor of Science in Financial Planning from the State University of New York at Alfred. Christina’s professional designations include:

Walt is a tax consultant with Waterford. His 30 years of experience include tax planning, compliance, research and financial planning services for individuals and businesses.

He has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service, New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, New York State Sales Tax Department, Florida Department of Revenue and the Florida Sales Tax Department.
